Ordered fish and chips and chicken burger. The fish and chips were good. The burger was appalling. Tiny brioche bun shrivelled chicken wdnt feed a 5yr old for ÂŁ6.55. Not good.

Fantastic staff. Good, decent food and great coffee is served here. Worth a visit? Hell yeah! 👍🏻

It’s brilliant! They charge similar to a fast food place yet the food tastes very fresh and good quality. Would definitely recommend and it would be good to see more of these popping up in cities and places as it’s really good quality food. My personal favourite so far is the souther fried chicken rap for lunch (that’s in the image) but I also want to try the Halloumi muffin for breakfast. The staff are really friendly and uplifting as well which is a great bonus. :)

Shocking, just had Eggs benedict. Toasted muffins, cold ham, 2 boiled eggs and what can only be described as salad cream with a squirt of lemon juice. Certainly wasn’t hollandaise sauce. Really poor.

One of our favourite places for a quick breakfast or snack. Staff are really friendly. Lovely chilled atmosphere.

The food here is really good for a supermarket cafe, cheaper than most restaurants too. The service is also really quick. We've eaten here for breakfast and lunch. All good. The only thing to avoid is the sausages, they're a bit cheap and taste full of cereals. I recommend the eggs royale, a beautiful, light and healthier breakfast.

This has to be the worst place for world not only in York but the UK. How they get away with it is anyone's guess. I bought a stake pie meal and firstly was told I couldn't have chips as it only comes with mash. So let's start there shall we. Question people how do you make mash? Do you empty a packet of cheap Tescos value instant mash and add water? Well that's what happened here. Then we move on to the stake pie. Sorry I mean mushroom and onion with 2 x 1/2 inch cubes of I must say very nice meat. But it only gets worse. The pastry, if you can call it that. Was more like a flour and water, dough mess. I sent first one back for not being cooked and give up hope with the 2nd. The peas were ok for frozen ones. On a good side the gravy was nice. So how much do you think this mess cost me? A premium price of ÂŁ6.50! I knew it was over priced to start with so expected something nice. You would probably be better getting a cheap ready meal for ÂŁ2 at Tescos then asking them to cook it. It would be so much nicer.

All of it was amazing, people who give it 3.5 and below are weird nd don't know what top quality food is. The service, staff and food is excellent. Would definitely recommend this to people in that area.

Good service, food was as you would expect from a supermarket cafe - nothing special but freshly cooked and good value
