Spent a couple of days in York in March 22,found this pub on the off chance..great place to have a drink in.staff are great,good choice of beers,and a good atmosphere..well worth a visit.

Pub was fine and the beer was very good, the bloke behind the bar was on his own so we had to queue it took ages to get served, but don't be put off it's well worth a visit.

Went here to watch the Euro final. Brilliant atmosphere, friendly staff. Had pizzas which were tasty, filling and well cooked. Good beer on tap, will hopefully visit again some time soon.
