"It's great to be back! Thank you for your ongoing support over the last year. A few things to consider before you visit:. Outdoor service is limited to guests in groups of six or two households (no limit on number) is permitted. Please note we may need to vary our opening hours given the time of year and the unpredictable nature of our Great British weather! Track and trace requirements have changed meaning all customers over 16 years of age must check in and provide their contact details. Unfortunately we must refuse service if customers do not comply. In a word, perfection. Food arrived quickly, to temperature and truly outstanding in flavour. Service attentive but not intrusive. Wonderful atmosphere. And all for a reasonable price. Could not recommend highly enough.

Our main course was really nice and a majority of the staff were very welcoming apart from one lady who came across as very rude and irritated by us. She constantly loitered by our table, looking over our shoulder and when we asked for the bill we were told we weren't allowed to pay until we bought a dessert because there was a set menu so we ended up paying £10 each for a dessert we didn't want and they didn't have what we asked for in stock anyway. The other servers were fantastic but this one employee ruined our experience. Her attitude made us very uncomfortable. The dessert portion sizes were disappointing considered how much we paid.

Lovely friendly service and tasty home cooked fresh Italian food! Restaurant was packed on a Thursday. No surprise, reasonable prices, just outside the city centre but they can't do enough for you.

Delicious food, fantastic service, and good value for money. The place was packed when we arrived and we had to wait to get a table, but the best things in life come to those who wait. Valentinos is everything one wants when it comes to Italian dining. The food was tasty, fresh, and nicely presented, and the staff were welcoming, happy, and polite. Lovely restaurant!
