Amazing experience, we booked as a warm up event for a hen party it was absolutely brilliant. Even if not a Harry Potter/Wizard fan its a really fun time to spend with friends or family. I would certainly recommend it!

I don't understand these rave reviews. Perhaps the place has since changed hands. My food would have been greatly improved to be considered average. My girlfriend had a vegetarian fry up which came with an almost empty place which included raw spinach (£9??). The two tables adjacent to us both sent their soup back because it "tasted of chemicals". Would not recommend.

This place is awesome, the escape room was super fun and the lady explaining the process was lovely. We went for pizza after which was sooooo good we went back for breakfast the next day. I woultnbother going anywhere else now when I'm in York. Staff are amazing, foods on point. Excellent

Stumbled upon this cafe looking for some breakfast. It was great! Tasty food, very friendly service. Lots of options from pancakes to full English to bacon and sausage butties!

Fab little café, with lots of breakfast choice till 3. Even better that they serve cocktails 🍹 but resisted those today. Lovely, friendly atmosphere and great value too. Probably the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted too

Went for my anniversary and loved the escape room experience! Really friendly and welcoming staff, easy to find location in the centre of York and the puzzles we completed were very engaging even for two people. Would recommend for anyone looking for something to tease their brain and for a good laugh. The staff member support was just exceptional, funny and really enhanced the experience too!

Nice intimate cafe bar with a good selection of spirits and cocktails. Mix of vegan and non Vegan anti pasta or pizzas. Some beers on Tao and in the fridge.

Just completed the Wizard theme escape room. Was fantastic. We wanted to do an escape room with 8year old daughter and this was perfect for her. We all had a good time.

Entered as two teams boys versus girls. Lots of clues and interaction with objects. Clothes to dress up in too. Time flew, all enjoyed, best Escape Room I have done so far. Oh and the girls won - bonus
