Lovely fish and chips made to order. Fish was drained, as asked and nothing was any trouble. Staff warm and welcoming, prices were good. Would definitely recommend

This used to be great. Maybe it still is if you eat in. I live just a few minutes away and have ordered from here using Deliveroo a number of times and it's always been very good.Tonight it wasn't unfortunately, both the fish and chips tasted fine and big portions too but were undercooked by a fair bit resulting in soggy slimy batter and soggy chips. Not pleasant. Hopefully a one off, I'll maybe try them again.

We live in France but thanks to Covid have been unable for 2 years to visit this fabulous fish and chip shop. When we arrived tonight I just stood at the door to smell this special place. A warm genuine welcome as always fro Sean and his top draw staff. Dinners for 8 served upstairs, piping hot, great portions and top quality. Very reasonable bill for a delicious treat.

Very good Fish and Chips. Cooked to order. Same price to eat in as takeout. The owner recommended today's Cod and it was very nice. Friendly and a very pleasant space upstairs. Right next to a large car park and just a couple on minutes walk from the Minster. Would totally visit again.

Great quality food, very competitive prices.Extremely friendly and helpful, pleasant staff, smiles all round full of character.Would definitely recommend.We had lrg cod and chips, if you eat in, you get bread and butter for no extra cost, also, we had battered mushrooms. Ice cream selection is good, as are prices.Do not miss out.
