Wildwood Kitchen in York

Normally go to their Peterborough restaurant but ended up in York, glad I did as I had the best Sea Bass ( with gnocchi, olives, chilli and tomatoes) I can remember having for a long time!

We were welcomed very friendly! Drinks and food were very delicious ! If we travel to York again, we will go there again :) Thank you !

Good tasty Italian cuisine. On the two occasions we eat here it was close to full with diners being turned away. As it was busy the service was a little slow but the drinks and food order arrived in short order. Well presented and a great flavour in pleasant surroundings.

They had a great menu with gluten free items marked! The waitress informed me they do everything they can to reduce the cross contamination for my meal! I felt really safe and happy with my choice to eat there! 🍕

First time whilst visiting and holiday in York.Attentative staff. Delicious food...Great atmosphere. Close to the shambles. My mother so enjoyed the foodie experience.💯👍

Stumbled upon this without checking the reviews...no need to. Nice friendly atmosphere, great staff,service and the food was amazing. Menu not over complicated and a good choice for all tastes. We had the Penne alla Norma and the baked Chicken and Mushroom pasta...both fantastic...no complaints. We will be back again in November when we next visit York. Highly recommend 👌

Amazing food, nice atmosphere, highly recommended!🤩🤩Staff is very friendly But a bit slow. Was waiting for bill 20 mins, ask 3 different staff to bring it.

Great restaurant in the centre of York, with a fantastic choice of menu items. They also have a set lunch menu for £9.99 for two courses which is great value. All the staff very friendly and quick service. Would recommend.

Warm Friendly staff. Relaxed unrushed atmosphere. Lovely mushroom risotto and rosemary bread. My other half enjoyed the margarita and the Bolognese.
