I've have eaten in the restaurant and the food was fabulous. But the takeaway ordered tonight was very bland and not worth the £30 we paid. Very disappointing.

My home town of Long Eaton is a shadow of its former self, like many towns. These days you have to look harder for redeeming features. Mount Gurka Spice is one such gem. The Nepalese specials are amazing, never had a disappointing meal here. This is only topped by the courteous and friendly service which makes it outstanding.

Nam bread wasn't cooked properly.Threw it away.Curry was nice. Not enoughchilli. Mushroom rice was fantastic,Suppose I need to learn how to order properly online.

We have eaten in the restaurant which was fabulous from start to finish with great food and great staff and have now had a takeaway which was the best takeaway we have ever had. Thank you mount Gurkha .

Lovely meal for 4, all different mains and sides which were all there. Lovely hot food, proper tasty and properly labelled with little stickers!!!! (Why doesn’t every takeaway do this?). Will definitely be ordering from here again 👍🏻😊

Great service in a beautiful and spotlessly clean restaurant. Food was OK. We had Korma and Danshak. Both were on the hot and spicy side, despite being low to medium in the curry scale. Nice coconut rice.

Had such high hopes after hearing such great things about this place but sadly the service let it down, the food was absolutely amazing! But it took at least 15 minutes for a tap water and then once we got our food no one even returned to see if we were ok or wanted anymore drinks, one of our group went up to someone and asked for more drinks but after 20 minutes had lapsed and we had finished our food they still hadn't arrived so we said don't bother, it wasn't particularly busy and it was a Saturday night so would hope they be fully staffed, such a shame hope that it was perhaps a bad day as really would go back for the food.
