Attended Prana for the first time today, we normally go to another restaurant which is local but decided to try Prana as have not visit yet.We were served our drinks and had our orders taken, service was good, and professional with very polite staff. The food was outstanding, we went for a selection of starters and main, prices as expected of a higher end Indian restaurant with 5 star food ratting., which there is not many of in Cambridge.Highly recommend Prana to anyone. Convenient venue with parking outside just at Gwydir street along the restaurant.

Ordered takeaway - wrong options were delivered including meat options instead of vegetarian. Phoned the restaurant to politely request a refund and was spoken to very rudely and hung up on twice. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone due to quality of service and lack of taking responsibility.

Great food and good service but extremely expensive for what it was.The food was great, nice flavours but nothing spectacular above the average Indian takeaway. The price however is wildly above the average, not sure it’s worth the difference.

Not really one for reviews, however have been eating here for the last 5 years both dine in and and takeaway during the pandemic. Food is always of high quality and prices reflective of the standard of food.We look forward bringing our friends to enjoy the culinary delights of Prana.P.s Happy 10th Birthday! Prana and the team, best wishes John.

Not to be recommended. Extremely expensive. Prawns uncooked, paneer overcooked. Lager warm. Inedible. With a group, I felt need not to leave food on table so took out what was left. Binned it in street outside. menu says ask for dishes not on menu. Asked for curry sauce and rudely refused. Chef in very dirty overalls roamed in and out of kitchen. Avoid this restaurant

The food was OK. The staff were pleasant enough. But the prices are MAD. We had a similar standard of curry at a place by the Royal Albert Hall a month ago. We paid 20% less there than we did at Prana. Nice enough place but not worth the premium they charge

My partner and I went with another couple expecting a lovely dining experience considering the amount of awards and news coverage Prana has received, but got met with utter disappointed. The food was bland and tasteless, the servers were uninterested and rude, the food horribly overpriced, and the overall experience was just absolutely rubbish.I can’t even slightly recommend this place, and you would do well to avoid it.

After reading all of the reviews and seeing the awards, I was hugely disappointed with the curry. The medium and mild curry we shared had very little flavour and the chicken was not your usual ‘slice with a spoon’ experience I expect from Indian restaurants. The price was also severely overpriced and the experience we were left with didn’t equal the price paid. The leather of the furniture was also worn away and it was very cold so an overall unfortunate experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

We have eaten at Prana a number of times now, in the restaurant before the covid-19 pandemic and with takeaways since. Most recently was 7 January. They have never let us down, either with service or with the food. I particularly recommend the lamb shank and the chicken korma is a hit with our daughter, but we have in the past had other dishes which we also thoroughly enjoyed. The takeaway service is good; our order has invariably been ready for us to collect from the entrance to the restaurant at the time requested - or even before. Thoroughly recommended!

Can't give no stars.Overpriced rip off.Having eaten in many many restaurants for many years, the price of the food bears no relation to the quality of food.Honestly. I've eaten food that tasted twice as good for half their price. The lamb dish was devoid of flavour. Service charge ridiculous.Complained to baseball hatted manager who obviously has fenced off complaints before, defensive and full of irrelevant excuses, he was uninterested that I and my two friends were massively dissatisfied with the food and its price.Avoid like the plaque.I'd rather nail my own pelvis to a cake stand, than visit this establishment again.
