Delivery driver had no cash so wouldn’t give us the £7 change we were due back. Food was average, previously food was lovely. Sorry Gulshan I’ll take my food orders elsewhere.

Had dinner in here on Tuesday evening, restaurant was very quiet but service was good and effecient, food was all very good, a little on the pricey side but otherwise no complaints.

We had a small gathering of 16 people from our badminton club, the Host were excellent and the food was outstanding, amazing experience would definitely recommend for the food.

Nice tasting food, not always hot (temperature) unfortunately. Good value, parking can be awkward. Service good.Part 2Just returned after some time, mine and my wife's were sub standard the sauces were all over the place and the chicken was dry, needed a mouthful of beer to digest( a Madras and a Dansak) a couple of easy dishes you would of thought. When asked if everything was OK by the floor manager I started to explain he just walked off. Also there were two rowdy groups in whe wernt asked to keep it down. Wont be returning !!

Hubby has been eating in the New Gulshan since the 80s and the food has never ceased to impress. The quality of the ingredients is always top and in his opinion has always been the best curry house in St Albans for the last 30 years. Long may she reign.

There was a large group of us (10 people) and was expecting the service to be slow. Far from that. The drinks were served promptly the food orders came out all together which was delicious. The staff were engaging and made the evening pleasant. Really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning.

Lovely food! After much searching for a decent Indian in St. Albans we finally came across this place, and we haven't been disappointed. We have enjoyed every dish we have tried so far, with plenty of variation and lovely flavours. Plus always polite and friendly customer service. We are glad to have finally found a great Indian!
