The food is good but the service is unacceptable. They wrote a number at the back of a piece of paper and they told us that this is the amount we had to pay. We asked for itemized bill and they started saying either that they could not understand what we were asking for or that they cannot do that. It goes without saying that the amount they asked us to pay did not look right. Maybe it was, but without an itemized bill we could not confirm it. Unfortunately one friend insisted not to make it an issue and we paid the hand written amount. We will never go back.

Ordered takeaway from this place a couple of times over the past month and was thoroughly impressed! The wait times can be a bit long, but totally worth it for the authentic flavours. This is my go-to place whenever I have Asian friends/family visiting.

Food was below poor. I specifically asked for no pork! and they put pork in my soup. In the other meal scrambled egg just looked like a runny watery mess and the beef was cheap. Did not eat any of the meals. Worst chinese restaurant iv been too. Delivered over a hour an a half later than delivery time then just to top it off nobody awnsers the phone when you call soo you have no idea of whats going on

They haven't spent a quid too much on decor and the service can be efficient to the point of brusqueness, but the food is absolutely brilliant. So, highly recommended! On this visit I was literally the only westerner in the restaurant. I counted 6-7 parties of Chinese students, totalling some 30+ individuals. Which - I think this fact is an even better recommendation than any I can give...!..

Scrambled eggs were very watery and didn't eat the dish because it didn't feel edible

I am beyond disgusted. This restaurant took an order from us on deliveroo and after 2 hours of waiting and multiple back and forths on the app with customer service changed the order status to delivered - entirely randomly. They did not pick up multiple phone calls or offer an update or explanations and they basically messed us around. Deeply unprofessional behaviour. Clearly they just missed the order and had no plans on delivering it and spent 2 hours trying to not face up to that factDo not go here and do not waste your money on this service

Delicious, generously portioned food and great friendly service. If you are into the hot stuff don’t hesitate and ask for some of their chilli oil.

had bad diarrhea after meal. The rude harsh waitress threw your food on the table without saying a word. They are more interested to prepare their staff meal than serving for customers. Dark and dirty surrounding ,poor hygiene standards in the open kitchen. The restaurant would not last longer if they keeping doing this. Please avoid and don’t waste your time and money .

We went here because we love chinese food and it being just around the corner from our hotel thought it was the perfect stop before our evening at the theatre.The starters were amazing, but that's all I can comment on because we waited over half an hour between our courses for our main meals to still arrive. Twice they told me they would only be 2 more minutes but unfortunately with only 45 mins until our show time we had to leave.To top it off they even added service charge to our bill for serving us one course!!!

Authentic Chinese restaurant with great variety of dishes. Friendly staffs. We tried their razor clams and clams. Both were fresh and delicious.
