I enjoyed my food at Myung Ga, however if I had to rate them in the competitive world of London Korean BBQ - they would be very much be middle of the pack - thus 3 stars. The BBQ is slightly cheaper than other places, this is largely because it does not come with all the small little side bowls, which need to be ordered separately. Their meat was good quality, but I wasn’t a fan of their bulgogi marinade, which to me was less sweet and gave off a red wine aftertaste. Overall I would be happy to eat there again, but it I had my choice of Korean bbq in London, this unfortunately would not be in the top 3.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They also took care of the BBQ for us and cooked the Pork Belly perfectly. We ordered two portions which was just the right amount to satisfy two people. Unfortunately, we found the Bibim Naengmyeon too sweet and the kimchi did not quite suit our taste.

Really great first experience at Myung Ga. Staff were friendly and helpful with the menu and grill. Portion sizes are generous compared to other central London Korean BBQ places and the food tastes fresh and really tasty. Pictured is one of the BBQ sharing platters and fried chicken. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to go back!

Really nice place, the staffs were really helpful and the food were very good and tasty. They can cook the food for you or you can do it yourself. Easy to book too.

INCREDIBLE experience! We had the Seafood Set Menu and the amount of food is extremely generous. The service is 10/10, friendly, compassionate and kind. The food is beautiful to see too - a great place to eat with your eyes AND your stomach! Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Delicious food. We had never had This sorts of raw food to cook on a hot plate before so it was very exciting. Kimchi was great. Spinach was my favourite. Only slight annoyances were that the menu is online only so you need to scan a thing on your phone to read it. Also, I found communication lacking. Whilst the staff were very helpful, I wish they had not rushed in and cooked ALL the seafood right at the start and then put in all the pork and left it to be overcooked.

Great experience. The beef tartare was very fresh and flavourful, definitely would recommend as a starter. The meat platter had a great selection of beef, pork and chicken. It also came with some vegetables to roast and lettuce. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. Would come again for the lunch menu as well.

It’s an amazing place. And I think it’s the best Korean restaurant in London. I have been lived in Korea for 3~4 years. I think it’s so Korean. All the staffs are Korean and we can communicate in Korean. Korean BBQ tastes so good and the Tofu soup which my favourite Korean food is so delicious and the exact same as I ate in Korea. Lovely experience here!

Staff are very nice. Clean and good atmosphere restaurant. We ordered raw beef, which unfortunately was a little salty than what we normally have. BBQ was very good. All of us cannot have enough of it! Stone rice was also great. A bit tasteless about the cold noodle though. Otherwise would have got 5 stars.

Overall experience 8/10.It was my first time at a Korean restaurant.Dumplings - really tasty and crispy, really different from the Chinese ones however very good.Barbecue with pork, thin beef, ribs and chicken - unique experience. Cooked straight at your table, served with lettuce. I also asked for kimchi and rice as side.Staff and service very good. I would recommend it if looking for a new experience with very good food.
