This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Our first time in PL, such a great experience. The ambiance was very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Melesa was lovely, knowledgeable and helped us to pick out the dessert and it was great. PeaceBest quality meets the affordable prices

Good and quick service. Portion size is tiny and food was plain. I had ho fun noodles and crispy noodles. I had to order twice to fill me up. If you go to china town, more flavour and portion size is double for the same price.Complementary peanuts were givenInterior is very nice

Such a lovely restaurant. Rarely pass by the area. Easy to place an online booking. It was quiet on Friday afternoon, and I was really glad they didn’t play any background music. The ambience is soft and tasteful. In quiet times - the atmosphere is intimate.The dim sum menu is extensive and well priced. Dishes are available from the dinner menu too. They have clean washroom facilities and acceptContactless payment. The staff follow covid guidance and the customers are sat at tables a few metres apart.The dishes arrive quickly and pipping hot.For those other people who left bad reviews regarding having to “wait a long time for service” - I think those people have never worked in the service industry, so take their reviews with a pinch of salt.I had a lovely experience here and would recommend this establishment for birthdays, celebrations, weddings and big reunions. The restaurant is huge, and is easily located by Paddington.Thank you for a lovely experience.

The food is quite good, but the service wasn’t so great due to being busy. When you go to a restaurant you don’t want to get the stressed rushed face, but a smile. Prices are not very low neither high.

The food was good but the service could have been better. We waited for more than an hour for the main course. When we reminder the waiter, we were told not to worry which was assuring but not very helpful.We have been to this restaurant on 4 occasions because we like the food and we were over charged thrice. When we pointed that out we got fresh bills. There are quite a few human errors and it will be good idea to xhwck the bill before you pay.

I am sorry but you really need to pay attention to your customer service skills. Normally we hold Chinese New year Tradition by having dim sum every year. Though this year we decided to move away from China Town because it would be too busy and due to covid we thought we would go somewhere where its a little bit more quite and but still hold up the expectation of decent food so we decided to book with your restaurant Unfortunately today your service was quite bad, it had really dampened our high rating about your restaurant. Your waiters were rude and too impatient to even take our orders despite we have a big group of 21ppl including kids. I don't think we will go back to your restaurant any time soon even if the food was nice.

We love our weekend dim sum lunches here so much that it was the restaurant we picked for our in laws to meet for the first time! Some of the best Peking duck we've had in London!IG: jojoandandy_

Food was really good but let down by the poor service. Waited an hour our food. No apology and not even a thank you when we paid the bill :(

Food was yummy! Prawn ravioli noodle soup amazing and pork & watercress dumplings. Cocktails were excellent too, especially the Mandarin Bellini - you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely food, lovely staff! It was hands down the best tofu I have ever had. We were 4 people that all had a starter and main and wine, and it was still only £110, so very impressed with the price too (for good food in London) 😄
