Ealing Balti House in Ealing

This is absolutely my favourite local curry house, and there are loads within a few miles. Very consistent, tasty food, friendly staff. We've been going there for decades, since it was West Ealing Tandoori. Never had a disappointing meal. I can't say the same about some of the better-known Indian restaurants around Ealing. Some were good for a while, then lost their mojo. Some got it back, then lost it again. Ealing Balti, well, it's hard to find a reason to go anywhere else. Lucky for us they are the closest.

Ordering from here for years now - Ordered tonight and it was rotten. I’d eat a curry everyday of the week but that was embarrassing. Mint sauce came warm, chicken tough and chewy, bland curry and off coloured potatoes.When calling up to explain, they offer no resolution or substitutions. never again!

All my order was ruined by my curry leaked all over everything. Also paid £3.50 for two absolutely tiny frozen samosas! Absolute rip off and my order was 45 mins later. Waited an hour and half for this to arrive

Great value and choice for vegetarians. Cheap drinks. Good service. Recommended. Food is tasty, not oily and delicate flavours

Food was good, a little quiet. Portions were great but service was slow and they could have done with straws to make life with children easier

The reason I have given one star is based on an accumulation of Orders that I have placed with Ealing Balti House and I have written in their Comment Box for Different things on one occasion I was just choosing the bottle of drink I wanted as part of their deal that when you spend over a certain amount you get a free bottle of drink ( Apparently ) well that bottle of drink never turned up with my Order. On roughly about 10 different occasions I have asked for just various different requests and not once have Ealing Balti House met any of my requests. So overall it leaves me feeling quite worried for anybody who may have an allergy to something and you write in their Comment Box to inform them of this and just like on at least 10 occasions I have written in this Comment Box your message will be totally ignored and you would therefore be eating something you have an allergy for all because Ealing Balti House clearly do not care what customers write they just have the Comment Box just for the sake of it so it looks like they care but they dont at all, they just care about taking that payment for the Order and once they receive that all customer care is totally forgotten.

Such lovely staff. Chicken balti is amazing, as-well as the chicken tikka. Always our spot when we fancy a curry!

Another great curry meal from our local favourite. It made my zoom based birthday dinner party a lot more enjoyable. Excellent flavours.

We used to order food from here regularly: always really good quality. However, we ordered recently and over the course of the evening, the order time was pushed back and back well over an hour. I called them to ask what was happening and rather than explain or offer any kind of apology, the gentleman hung up the phone. Incredibly rude. Additionally, they always try and tell you the card machine is faulty so you pay by cash, even though it never is if you say you don’t have any cash. It’s a shame because I’ve been a customer for 5 years but now I need a new local.

Really nice food and very friendly welcoming staff. Nice varied menu. Good portions. Relaxing atmosphere. Been here twice now. Looking forward to next visit.
