First visit here and was quite impressed, food was tasty and hot, service was good and very reasonable prices. It was a Friday evening and it was very quiet, just us (3 people) and a couple, this is probably due to it's location, if it was closer to King Street in Hammersmith then it would be a lot busier. Anyway I had a good evening. Thanks.

Visited Saturday evening at around 8:30pm. The three of us were the only guests, which was a bit disconcerting on a Saturday evening! The food however was good - not the best, but tasty enough and the portion sizes were decent. The experience would have been a better with more atmosphere.

Surely, restaurant staff serving you should be in the appropriate attire for the business. But to my surprise the staff member serving had on :Baseball cap!Baseball jacket!Adidas trainers !!!Surprised, Indian restaurant work attire and on top of all that , that staff member and a elderly chap were constantly on there mobile phones 😳Management where are you ?

Me and my partner love this place, slowly making are way through the menu and we've loved everything so far! the staff here are always lovely too.

I think this restaurant may not exist. Ordered at 20.18 on Uber Eats, expected delivery 21.05-21.25 (20 minutes later than advertised). At 22.12 we eventually gave up calling, requesting updates via the app and trying to cancel the order online. Boiled some rice because it was too late to get another takeout. Order from this place only if you enjoy paying money for literally nothing.

·

I live next to this place. Have been going for years. The prices are low and you get what you pay for. This is not high end takeaway though if you’re looking for a greasy onion bhaji and a warming chicken tikka masala… this does the job. Nice people too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I LITERALLY HAD TO BIN THE FOOD. TASTED VILE AND DISGUSTING. LAMB LOOKED LIKE BURNT HUMAN MEAT AND THE CHICKEN TASTED BEYOND DISGUSTING. RICE WAS SOAKED IN WATER AND STICKY.

·

Worst experience ever. Ordered at 21:00 on Uber eats, said it will arrive between 21:40 and 22:00. It has not arrived, status does not change and it does not allow to cancel the order. Trying for 20 minutes to call them, they do not pick up the phone. Awful service so far, would not recommend

Service is none existent. Food is taste is appalling. It was more like home cooked meal, makes me think, why do I want to eat out when when I came cook better at home.Decor is saddening and sleepy.Staff hangs their jackets and towel in full view of the customer. The text of the menu is pixelated.

The place to go for authentic Nepalese food. Delicious food and great service. It was my first visit and they recommended great choices, I will be back soon! There is a big variety on the menu, so much more to try

·

Friendliest local family restaurant around and unbelievably good Nepalese and Indian food. Go pick up your food for a discount rather than paying loads more on Delivery companies...!

·

Very nice restaurant, tasty food, fair prices and quantity-quality and nice service. Our waiter was very polite and friendly. He gave us nice reccomendations. The restaurant is on walking distance from Goldhawk road station or Hammeramith station.Highly recommended.

So ... been ordering from here for over 5 years, past 2 weeks both times got our order wrong asked for 'Chicken curry' a madras came, or I could of actually debabed it was a vindaloo that's how hot it was. Tonight I ordered a 'Chicken curry' and I got a chicken Korma. When redelivered my correct curry the delivery man decided to shout at me and said I complain every time andshould decide what I want? No apology all my fault apparently.will NEVER eat here again nobody should eat here!!!

·

Tried this take-away a number of times, food is excessively oily and mostly gravy with few tiny pieces of meat in all curries we tried. Management very rude and disrespectful, they cannot accept any feedback on their food and because we raised a complaint they refuse to accept any orders from us. Our family will be staying far away from this place! Much better quality and price in other nearby restaurants.

·

The worst Indian food experience I had in London. Would not have posted this review if the manager of the shop didn't shout at me and cut the line on me when I called to explain to them about the food. Very rude manager who was not even courteous enough to listen and took the review very personally rather than even apologizing for the money I wasted. Would never order from this place ever again, gain some manners first!

A local restaurant with good Nepalese food and friendly staff. The pilau rice and garlic naan were some of the best I’ve had. We went on a Tuesday early evening and it was pretty quiet, but that didn’t stop the staff from being lovely. It was a quaint feel about it.

I ordered some food from Palace Tandoori and unfortunately the food was really under cooked. I called the restaurant back to let them know in hope they would reimburse me or re-deliver a new batch, which I wasn't keen on anyway. They never offered any compensation - overall bad service.

I've been a customer for years, and never disappointed. Great food at a great price with such a friendly staff.
