Mark & Spencer Kensington High Street in Kensington and Chelsea

Like always, I went shopping there a half-hour ago and found their customer service worst than always. I used the machine to pay which wasn’t working perfectly. I found out that I was charged for two orange bags three times. I asked the staff to help me. He referred me to the customer service desk. There, the lady with all ignorance sent me to the normal cashier with a long queue, because their machine wasn’t working, too. I went end of the queue when I arrived at the till I said that I paid for my shopping but the machine charged me more. Before, my sentence finished, she said that l had to go to the customer service desk. I said they sent me here, but she said no, no, you had to go there. I was truly frustrated. I asked another staff who was the manager here. He said he was and I told all the story. Another staff came and said we had a problem with our tills and brought me to the previous till and asked the Lady if she was sending me back to the customer service desk. She said yes, it was not her responsibility. She said to her their machine at the customer service desk wasn't working and she had to help me. After, all these, the lady on the till blamed me that I spoke with her rudely. I was very uncomfortable and refused to get my money and left it there.I was charged more and insulted. They waste my time, too which is more valuable than the money.This is the great customer service of Mark & Spencer hall food in the High Street Kensington!!!!!!!!

Great range of products! Fresh vegetables and fruits are always top quality! The staff is very helpful. Love to do my grocery shopping there.

M&S always have good range of products. Was left extremely disappointed when i saw the organic range at Kensington High street.

I met one of the best sale assistant, her name is Fahra, she immediately understood what skirt I was looking for (I had previously seen it in Oxford street M&S) I wanted to buy it and Fahra helped me a lot in my purchases that day at Kensington high st. I went to purchase shoes to M&S High Street Kensington branch. I've been there a few times, had good experience before, therefore I went there happily.I find shoes in my size easily which is size 8.Many shop doesn't have this size. They had great variety, very good quality, elegant and youthful looking for fair price.I got to the till, a blond, long hairy lady served me and she was so polite, kind and absolute professional. We had a short chat and with her kindness she instantly mad my day wonderful amd happy. So well done M&S. Keep the traditional English manner up and great quality. It is always joy to visit the High Street Kensington branch. Big thank you.

M&S food to goLorna and Christina are always smashing it! Always run of their feet and still manage to deliver excellent customer service! Definitely the reason i chose my morning coffee here over other competitors in the station!Their colleagues should deffo take a leaf out of their book!

I had shopping early Friday morning in this shop for coffee and muffin and Lorne and Christina made my day . I was really tired end of the week and was dragging myself to work !. Their positive attitude make me feel happy and smile all day. Thank You guy all the best.

Really handy Marks and Spencer on Kensington high street Good for clothes shopping and the food hall in the basement is excellent Staff are really helpful and very quick to assist at the self service tills Enjoyable shopping experience highly recommended

Wonderful shopping experience. The Food Hall caters for so many meal choices , from a Delhi, fresh meats , salads , top wines , snacks ( on the go ) to pastries. It’s obvious that every care has been taken to ensure that food is always fresh and well presented. Get the sparks points card as this gives you discounts and other special offers. The self check out machines are user friendly and easy to use

... nice layout, foodhall is nice, 1/4 roast chicken with salad for £5 is delicious with sufficient seating area. convenient, friendly staff and toilet on 2nd floor.
