Appalling customer service. I had booked online before arriving as I'm aware that the restaurant can become busy quite quickly. When I arrived I received quite a cold welcome and the lady who spoke to me seemed annoyed that I booked online. Why offer a service if you don't want people to use it?! Anyway she reluctantly showed me a table as if to say "just sit there." I was waiting for my friend and after she arrived she felt a cold breeze where she was sitting. She asked a member of staff where it may be coming from and the staff member did not show any care in the world about it. She barely opened her mouth to respond and didn't offer any type of solution. A restaurant is supposed to serve good food yes - but they're also meant to make customers feel welcome and comfortable! We felt like we were being a burden on them and quite frankly that level of disregard didn't warrant our money so we decided to leave. As we left the woman could not get rid of us sooner - she literally closed the door right behind my friend as if she couldn't get rid of her quick enough! She showed no remorse whatsoever. Absolutely disappointing service - will not be returning. Neither will my friends or family.

Customer service was awful. So bad we decided to leave before ordering and go somewhere else . When I left, one of the waiters pushed to door closed as soon as I walked over the threshold. Passive aggressive and not friendly at all.

Everything was simply perfect. Best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been. Me and my partner went there without a booking on a Friday evening and we were lucky we found a table. Food came quick and it was so tasty. I ordered masaman curry and few other dishes-can’t recommend it more!

This is our Thai food to go place. There are many choices on the menu especially seafood. The customer service is good on the phone. However we're very disappointed with the food today. The seafood curry sauce is smooch and split. There are scrambled egg looking things everywhere and the dish is very salty. The restaurant should really have a proper quality control check before food goes out of the kitchen.

This was supposed to be a thai green curry with prawns but instead they replaced most of the prawn with cheap crappie seafood and just put in two prawns. I used to order regularly from this guys but never again. I want a refund.

Food wasn’t the best but it was edible. The portions are quite small. A bit overpriced for what you receive. I’ve never been to a standard Thai restaurant and you have to pay extra if you want prawns in your pad Thai( I’m guessing you probably had to pay more for seasoning as it was tasteless and dripping in oil.). I’m certain I won’t be ordering from this place again. I was quite disappointed.

Great flavour in the food. One dish was a bit too hot though. Best to book as it's very popular. You have to knock to get in as the door is closed due to a queue of drivers picking up takeaways, which shows how good the food is.

Amazing service, good food, dessert was great and very accomdating to birthday surprise. Always lovely coming here, see you soon!

Busy, clean, fast, friendly service. A bit pricey but worth it. Good sized portions, but the rice was a little small. Coconut rice tasted like plain rice with coconut shavings on top. None of the rices came with garnishes which was a bit disappointing. Pudding was good, ice cream scoops we're really sweet, but Rocky was absolutely amazing!

Excellent Thai restaurant on the High Street, fairly close to Crystal Palace park. Service was warm and welcoming, food preparation times were quick and efficient. We ordered the drunken fried rice, mango salad, and tom yam spicy vegetable soup. Everything was beautifully prepared and very nicely presented, down to the carrot flower garnishes. The restaurant has a warm and easygoing atmosphere and is a great place to relax in a group or by yourself with a book - especially nice to sit by the window during sunset.
