The only feature better than the food is the quality of the service. Our waitress was very friendly and polite, and funny too. She made our evening very enjoyable. Food was fresh and tasty with generous portions. Overall experience was flawless A+++. Highly recommended

If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming restaurant with a good buzz to visit, then this is the one.It is clean and tastefully decorated, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, hot and plentiful. I am a non-meat eater but have to confess, the aroma of my company’s dishes has twitched my nostrils.My nephew let them know about his dietary restrictions and it was at the forefront of their mind as they advised when he was ordering.I have been using this restaurant for 6 plus years now and my family know it as My restaurant. I have had 4 out of 5 birthdays there (only prevented by last year’s lockdown) and am always made to feel special, despite it being on Valentine’s Day.There is a waiter who should be called the entertainer. He is not at all malicious, really wouldn’t want to offend and is very sociable, cheeky and playful, with all. It's his sense of humour, which I find hilarious.I always leave happy, after a great experience and highly recommend it, as long as I can always get a table when I’m ready. Haha.

I lost counting how many times we have been at this lovely place and how many birthday parties and occasions celebrated. If you know Turkish cuisine you know their food is one of the best in the area. Thank you for bringing the best Turkish Tastes to our way.

Absolutely love this Restaurant. I have been coming here for years and I will keep coming. The service, the food, the venue and the overall warmth of the staff and venue, make it a place to keep coming!!!! Portions are good and wonderfully tasty!!

Food and ambience was good but slightly overly priced. Waiter was rude and should first learn customer service before he’s allowed to speak with customers. Wouldn’t visit again!

Tasty food fair portions could be bigger. Also decor needs a revamp it's a bit dated

Me and my family went to this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my mum’s 82nd birthday and the male waiter, (who I believe was the owner) was really offensive. He asked my mum if all of her children were from the same father 😡. How unprofessional and rude! He then continued to be very dismissive when we told him that some members of our family had fish and peanut allergies …. Felt like he was making a joke out of it. Every time he came over to our table he said something offensive. It really spoilt the atmosphere so couldn’t enjoy the meal. He even started pulling at my mum to get up when the belly dancer came in. My son had to tell him to leave her alone 😡I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant to others.The women staff were lovely and professional but looked very tired ☹️The one good thing was the belly dancer 💃

Visited with family and friends. We ordered from their x-mas festive menu. Food was delicious and good value for money. Service great as always, staff very friendly and attentive.Thank you Turkuaz for a lovely evening.

Enjoyed a meal with my mum. The staff were very friendly and attentive- which is something I appreciate. The food was good and the restaurant was clean too! However there was a lot of noise at the time as other customers were celebrating a birthday and as the place isn’t too big, it did get a little too loud for a while.Update: bought takeaway Lahmacun, was tasty and well prepared. Slightly overpriced but overall still good!
