Fumo in Manchester

Very good food music with DJ a bit loud but modern atmosphere, the chairs weren't so comfortable and at some point I could not wait to get outside. You have to scream to speak and always need to repeat yourself. Food is fresh huge portions some items are better than others. Get the seafood spegetti or bolognese and also the focaccia is great. Lots of Italian wines to choose from waiters are really friendly and always somone to offer suggestions. I would go again but be prepared to pay a large bill so maybe watch what you order. Book a table or you won't get in. Everyone dressed well so keep in mind also seems like a young crowd. Worth a visit maybe a special occasion.

Dropped by on the off chance before going to see a show, couldn’t get a table but we were able to eat at the bar which was fine. Great food and friendly service apart from the bouncer who definitely needs a personality transplant, for such a nice place I’m sure there’s no need for such a rude man on the door.

I like to give positive reviews nothing gives me greater pleasure. Very charming restaurant but £20 for a double G&T is by far the most expensive i have ever paid.I visit Dubai regularly and it is expensive in the 5 star restaurant s but San Carlo comes out as the most expensive to date on my global travels.The barmaid attempted to put my drink in a small glass claiming she did not have any fishbowl/balloon glass. Not the best eh!!

Love this place. The food is always excellent, the staff cannot do enough for you and you are made to feel like they opened and closed the place just for you. One of the best spots in Manchester however weekdays are much quieter than weekends. An ideal place for a nice evening out.

We were visiting from Newcastle so had never been before, We had a lovely lunch, all courses were great, I found the head waiter very efficient and friendly

Poorly overcooked food, slap dash service and a 15 minute wait between the first 2 starters arriving and the remaining 4 being served. Restaurant was packed, no social distancing. My review is similar to many others posted on trip advisor over the last few weeks but the management are too arrogant to take them seriously and improve. My tip is don't waste your money visiting this place there must be others that are better.

Last minute decision, we walked in without a reservation they gave us a table! The service from our waiter Francesco Barone was lovely! The food was really nice!

Gorgeous restaurant. Didn't have what I wanted on the menu so they asked me what kind of thing I wanted and they made it from scratch for me! I was so impressed. Food was phenomenal. Staff was lovely. Amazing atmosphere & ambiance. Just perfect. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Very nice decor friendly staff.salt baked seabass was excellent. Steak was a little over done and garlic butter sauce was cold. Duck salad starter was excellent and so were the prawns. Puddings were also very good.

Great Italian restaurant with some gorgeous dishes and a great vibe inside (went on a Saturday night with a DJ) just a little slow on the table service after your initial order is taken which I wouldn't expect especially with it being a small restaurant.
