The curry had spilt in the bag which meant the bag was swimming. The curry wasn’t edible and the poppadoms were soggy. Phoned up and they suggest I get a free curry next time which I said was no good, I had to request another one and got another delivery an hour later. Unfortunately the same thing had happened but not as bad so at least this one was edible. The driver was nothing but friendly and apologetic. Overall a disappointing experience.

Excellent evening. Served very well by a waiter who made us feel really special. Wide ranging menu and generous portions of beautifully cooked food.

The service this evening was absolutely shocking. We ordered via the Just Eat app, we received a notification to say the food was on its way, (30mins later it arrived), 15mins later than the latest estimated time. I called to find out if there was an issue. I was told it had left and be there soon.Eventually it arrived.The food packaging was damaged and sauce had leaked. The poppadoms were crushed and stale to taste. The food was warm and needed additional heating. We were missing three naan breads and the Lamb Rogan Josh we ordered was in fact chicken. When I called the line was busy, after about 15mins I decided to drive to the restaurant, the man behind the counter asked if he could help, I begun to say I had an issue with my order, only to be stopped so he could answer the phone. I attempted a second time for him to again answer the phone.When he spoke to me, he was disinterested, I asked for a refund, he told me to go via Just Eat. He was incredibly unhelpful, would not accept responsibility for his mess ups, he just repeated the calling of Just Eat, before walking away leaving me to try and contact Just Eat. He did not return for the duration of me trying to contact Just Eat. He showed zero respect for me as a customer, leaving me with little or no respect for him! When I said I would be leaving a review, he didn't seem to bothered, just kept saying it was Just Eat I needed to contact, he provided the wrong order, missed off the items I ordered, not Just Eat.I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but the poor service from the man, the lack of responsibility and the poor quality of food, means this negative review is truly warranted.Thank you Just Eat for acknowledging the service was poor and issuing me with the refund.I will not be ordering from your restaurant again!

I ordered takeaway and been told i was allowed to park at the back but when i came back to my car after picking up my order from this place i have realised my tire has been deflated. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE OR GO HERE AGAIN DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUBBISH OWNER WITH ATTITUDE!

Always lovely food, the lamb bhuna has a delicious smoked flavour and tender meat. Chicken pakora is nice too. We don't go anywhere else now.

Extremely friendly and caring staff. Great suggestions. Food came in a extremely timely manner. Great calm ambience. Great presentation, taste and portions. Amazing customer service will be coming again and ordering from time to time.

Placed an order 2 hours ago for delivery.... still waiting.. was told it had left at 18.10.. yes they have told me they are busy.. twice I have been hung up on and been rudely spoken too.. never had a problem before... even had a young person tell me to to " call back later..." when I was chasing them to make a payment!!! Absolute joke tonight.... Still waiting... very unhappy customer!!!Food finally turned up at 7.55 only 2.5 hours after I ordered... food was cold... naans were wrong.. missing a rice and poppadoms were inedible... to top it off there is a long hair in the curry!!!! Disgusting... surprise surprise no answer when trying to call to send food back !!!

Ordered 6:55pm tonight (new year's eve) on the just eat app. Eta of 8pm. I appreciated it would be busy so didn't phone them until 9pm. I called 11 times. No answer. The order was marked as delivered at 9:34 pm on the app, which was just completely false. Finally got through to just eat at 10:50 and cancelled my order. Taking orders they know they can't complete then actually marking them as delivered!!!!! Thanks for ruining our New Year's Eve you f***ing crooks.

Food was close to cold and in 1 dish, I was given meat instead of veg due to running out of veg regardless of the vegan requirement note. The person on the phone didn't seem to understand "vegan" after trying to explain a few times, 3 phone calls and 1hr 50 mins later, I was given a replacement dish. Food was actually ok, just everything else was bad

Unhappy with the food cold and no taste at all Payd for a naan came so hard and cold like a Rock and also the salad was inside a plastic bag 🐀🐀🐁🐭🐁👍🐀🐀🍆🍆
