Succulent and flavourful chicken tikka mouth-watering lamb vindaloo saag aloo was sensational

·

Uneducated, dirty and illiterates, the "boss" can't even spell customer service. Next time you're in there, ask to see their kitchen

·

Got to say one of the worst Indians I have ever had.It was beyond bland. How you can get a korma so wrong I don't know. There's was 4 small pieces of chicken in a whole korma. So many much better about.Extremely disappointed.

·

found metal in the food, and got called liars and had the phone hung up on us when trying to sort it out and make them aware.

·

Quality and value perfectly fine. But the waiting times were excessive and unacceptable. Also the entire kitchen seemed to be taking care of a "just eat" delivery driver which made it appear that they commanded priority.

I have ordered from this takeaway for over 5 years. Always good quality food and good portions. On Monday placed an order and one main dish was missing and a side dish was wrong. I called the restaurant to explain this. They said they'd call back to rectify the problem. They never called. Called back today, they were extremely rude. Not only did the owner call me a liar several times, he hang up the phone on me all 3 times! People make mistakes, how hard is it to admit you made a mistake, own up, apologize and offer a solution? Food is amazing but I won't order from them ever again. Can't believe what just happened.

Have been a customer for years, food is always excellent.Placed an order at half past 6 this evening for delivery, its now 9pm and we are still waiting!!OK I understand its Saturday night, and that during this crazy time everything taking longer. But having contacted them and been told it will be no later then 845 its still not here! So not impressed by the service, sure things unexpectedly happen but at least out of courtesy infrom your customer if this is the case.Such a shame as normally the food arrives earlier then stated. Will be looking for a new Indian going forward

Having used this restaurant on many occasions we had stopped as we became frustrated as the food would always turn up at least an hour late.We decided to give them another try but having ordered our food recently for 6:30 we made numerous phone calls to chase our delivery. we finally had it delivered at 7:30 ( an Hour Late) I don't usually do reviews but it seems this is a common occurrence with this restaurant.Shame because the food is great and it's not overly expensive but it's just not worth the wait

Well after 5 years as regular customer I am very sad with the mystery , placed an order and waited 2 hours , the order come wrong contact the mystery they said they would call me back never happened, my wife called tem next day called her a liar , and were very agreessive over the phone well I hope they get better at customer service. Because food is good but I will spend my money Somewhere else from now.

We ordered a big order which came to about £60 for collection. So we picked it up, got home and realised we were missing 2 rice dishes which we had ordered. After phoning up they wanted us to pay again for the missing dishes and then collect it ourselves, without them apologising and delivering them. I CANT believe the poor customer service we received and definitely wont be returning there in the future! Absolute disgrace!!!
