Byron in Surrey Heath

I visited Byron to celebrate my sons 18th birthday 25 January 2018. What a great experience. The server was brilliant and she was lovely to my son. Very friendly and served us the cake I had brought in especially earlier in the day and decorated the table. Very enjoyable food. Would highly recommend for the quality of food and the great customer service.

Yes the burgers taste good, but seriously lacking size to the portions. The price to size ratio has made me never want to go back. This is disappointing because everything else was so good, but the one thing I'm going there for is a bad ass burger . Sadly although the the burger was good it wasn't worth £10.50 and that's without chips (fries).

Edit - So I have come here a few more times since my last review because the food is just far too good to turn my back on. This place definitely deserved a second chance and I am very very glad I came back. The service has improved massively, everything we order is perfect and comes out in good time with friendly and helpful staff (my orders can be quite complicated because I am a bit annoying like that). The only fault I have with this place now is that deliveroo don't deliver to Aldershot but it is worth the journey to come here.Previous 3 Star Review - Been going here a while, the food is fantastic and it did make up for the sometimes terrible service (although not so much these days). Food shows up wrong or at random times (about two minutes after the starters arrive or an hour and a half later), nearly impossible to get the attention of staff when needed and when complaints are made the answer is "I don't know what happened there". As I said, the food is so good (even when something other than you ordered comes out it tastes amazing). I give this place a 5 for food and a 1 for service. I would go yourself and make your own mind up, just give them a chance if you've never had Byron.

I visited Byron at the Camberley Atrium yesterday Monday 18th December 2017 with my wife Jean and my carer Rebecca. We were all VERY impressed. If you like Cheese, and CheeseBurgers, and you LOVE CheeseBurgers dripping with delicious Cheese sauce... and a half a lager is your lunchtime tipple, or maybe an alcohol laced hard milkshake? then this is your place. Please do try Byron's at least once.I believe you will soon return! Our friendly, well spoken, Slovakian waitress was nicknamed "Pickle" for the day by her employer, and she wore a top bearing that name to prove it 🥒 ☺️ She greeted us and engaged us in some interesting and fun small talk while showing us to a table suitable for we three, and my wheelchair. Pickle also left us 3 sets of menus, which I felt was a nice, and useful, touch.. Some minutes later she returned to take our orders... Just some more minutes after that, our meals were on the table. We ate well. The food and beverages were absolutely fabulous! (Yes Really!)Well done Byron and Pickle for feeding us SO well AND for saving us from being late for an appointment----Please note that we were perhaps a little hungrier than usual... We had first wasted over 30 minutes!!! in the F&B opposite, waiting for a solitary waitress who never arrived to take our order! But I'll leave that for a 'less pleasant' review from me later....Away win: Frankie & Bennie 0, Byron & Pickle 3

Staff were very unhelpful, waited over 30 minutes for a takeaway when it we were told when to come and get it at a certain time. Might want to order your food a couple of hours in advance. Service was honestly terrible.

Great food, great service. Bit pricey I suppose, but everything is these days.

Whilst a bit pricey, the burgers here are awesome. They keep it simple but do it so well. Were also extremely good to make our anniversary a special night. Thank you Byron Camberley.

Went here for valentines day and everything was cooked perfectly and was quick service and their freakshake was amazing (but recommend sharing or make sure you have a big appetite). Everything is defiantly worth the price and is priced well :)
