Elaichi in Surrey Heath

Not from the area but had a meal here last night, quality of the food was excellent and the waiter/head of house was very friendly and helpful with our choices. Will definitely use again when in the area

I love this place. Service is great. The maitre d’ is amazing so are the rest of the staff. Food is great. I have been twice. Will definitely go back.

A long time customer, I have now waited over two and a half hours for a delivery...not acceptable when it was promised within the hour after I ordered it. Food is ok but service has gone downhill recently.

Had a lovely meal at Elaichi yesterday evening, good choice of dishes and it was nice to see some new ones I hadn't tried before. Food was lovely, good size portions and nicely presented. Even on a Thurs night the place was full so a good atmosphere to eat in. The stand out factor though was the staff! I didn't catch his name but the main man was informative, friendly and funny. He made us feel welcomed and a little bit special. We will definitely be going back!

Really nice food and good service. We've eaten in in the past and had a couple of takeaways. Unlike so many places it's actually spicy when they describe a dish as spicy. Some Indian food can be very oily too and this wasn't. Highly recommended.

I really like the food from this restaurant but I think their delivery service is very poor. I had to phone twice and was told it had just left so would be there in 10 minutes but my order was nearly an hour late! In future I will pick it up myself. It spoiled my husband's food as his had arrived on time from elsewhere.

Just got home from experiencing the all you can eat menu! All I can say is how impressed I have been from start to finish. Friendly welcome, prompt drinks and the food was really really good. Great sized portions as well so you could try a couple of dishes without over indulging! 5 stars and I’ll definitely be going back. Thanks for a great evening!

ordered 2 curries and 1 saag aloo. They brought out 2 saag aloo by mistake and whilst we were eating our food a waiter came over and took 1 of the saag aloos off of our plate saying we only ordered one. Granted we did, however, this was utterly disgusting behavior especially when we had already started eating. To top it off, the curry was bland and tasteless and the lamb was as chewy as old boots. Will not be revisiting

Appalling service. Ordered 2 curries and 1 Saag aloo. They sent out 2 Saag aloo and whilst eating they came and took one off our plates. The curry was tasteless and meat was tough as old boots. Would not recommend
