Ordered take-away, arrived late and cold. The Dahl was “odd” I can only describe the smell and taste as musty, inedible. This is my usual go to take-away choice but won’t chance it again as the standard of food has definitely gone down.

They’re always getting our order wrong. Ordered Lamb Patia with a mildle sauce and it come very hot , they also forgot one of the items that was included on the order. This has happened three time now. That’s it for us, shall never order from them again.

From Bradford to Bangalore you would be hard pushed to find a better restaurant experience. The food is exquisite in taste and presentation, the service is outstanding and the entertainment nights are magical. I just wish there was a Westbourne Tandoori in London.

Awful curries, super sweet, not authentic at all. Inadequate use of spices in the curries. The naan is like those you get from the supermarket. Very expensive for what you get. Extremely rude staff. Tacky decorations.Tried only because there were more people in the restaurant than others on the same street but quickly regretted it. Would never go there again and I don't understand why so many westerners like this place, probably because it's a very westernised version of Indian cuisine. In short, very fancy on the outside but no substance in the inside. One of the worst curry places I've ever been to.

We have been coming to Westbourne tandoori for over 20 years, it used to be my favourite curry house ever but that changed in the last few years. Although the new decoration is lovely, the food has taken a down turn. The ‘sizzler’ was expensive but didn’t even come our sizzling like it’s supposed to! The mushrooms tasted like they came out of a tin… the curries were not very tasty and the chicken was rubbery not tender like it used to be. Me and my mum kept giving them another chance both with takeaways and in the restaurant, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. But after 2 years of having mediocre food for an expensive price we have made the decision not to come back. Which is really sad as I used to love coming here :(

Food was decent and really enjoyed it but 3 stars as there were fruit flies everywhere. I counted 12 on the wall next to our booth. They normally come from rotting food so take that as you will. Was told they are trying to deal with it.

How this place any less than 5 stars is beyond me!Absolutely amazing food and delivered fast and hot! I’ve literally tried a dozen or more similar restaurants around Poole and Bournemouth but they just don’t even come close! Keep up the amazing food guys!

Curry was greasy and cold chips cold Papadam was limp, the chicken was tough.Don't even bother ordering from this place absolutely disgusting!!Rice was cold and hard taste like the curry had been sat in the cupboard for about 10yrs then put into a pan heated up and served.Only thing I'd rate is the beer and the coke 😅

First time back since their refurbishment and recent Best Indian Restaurant in Dorset award and glad to report the cuisine and service are still excellent. I again sampled the Chicken Tika Phall and it was fantastic. Attentive friendly staff helped complete a lovely evening.

Visited here for the first time since their refurb having been regular takeaway customers. Really nicely done out inside. The food was superb and the service was excellent. Especially the waiter who happily agreed to change our bottle of wine as it wasn't to our taste (sorry didn't remember his name).
