We went to the Pushkar restaurant it was more than months ago we love 💓 food butthe service was not good other things they have not a good manner. The service charge is very very high I haven’t seen like tDo better and get the full star ⭐️Thank you

The service was second to none and the food and drinks were out of this world. After having to walk down a windy Broad Street it was so lovely to be greeted by the owner of the restaurant who I have to say was an extremely charming gentleman. My partner Tony and I had an amazing evening and look forward to returning in the near future .

A lot of the waiters were very nice, which provided excellent service. The man I spoke to that I thought was the owner also a wonderful and welcoming person. The food tasted mind-blowingly good! However, the waiter that was waiting my table did not make me feel welcome and I did not feel like he had attention for me at all. I can understand that a table for 1 on a Saturday night might not be ideal or that it’s not your highest priority table. However, I am still a guest in your restaurant and every guest should feel welcome and should be provided with the service they deserve. I don’t ask for much, I have worked in restaurants and cafés for years and I am an understanding person, but the way I was treated felt really disrespectful and I am very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Well went on 4/3/2022.Well I was very disappointed.Would not recommend this place to anyone.1st, cheap wines, the wine I had was the house wine was nice as I tasted it, the second wine was the cheapest plonk you could have.2nd the starters were ok, bit wasn't alot for all our table.3rd.curries came, yuk, I asked when ordering I wanted spinach, they said they had none, but said they had something similar, well it it looked like tiny little pieces of green stuff. Then came Nans, which were cut into small pieces, I was expecting a Nan for me and my partner to share, but there was little 📐 pieces. Then came the Pilau rice, yuk, it was brown and looked ✔️ nese rice, it was yuk.Overall I would not go there, it was lucky I didn't pay for it. Otherwise I would have complained.Just a no no as I think it's a fake place and is far to expensive, they add a 12% and half surcharge😈😈😈.

Really delicious authentic Indian food. Absolutely lazeez. Would definitely recommend it to all. Protein was cooked perfectly.

Look, it is what it is - a fine dining Indian restaurant.Would I say its the best Indian in Birmingham, no, not even anywhere close but the food was nice. Tasty, good portions and the staff very friendly and attentive.I'm not sure it's worthy of 'Best Indian in the West Midlands' awards, as we've had much better (for a fraction of the cost) but it is pretty good. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, and it's got a great vibe and atmosphere to it, and like I said the waiters are very friendly and attentive. Not worth the price though - and be aware, they charge for everything individually (down to the Water and Poppadoms.)

Expected top ten curry in UK. This award will ultimately do Pushkar a disservice. Staff/owners were brilliant, polite and attentive, the interior vibe very sophisticated, the price and portions as expected. Unfortunately the food quality was a real disappointment. I guess chefs are hirelings as opposed to family. Try narkarli in Worcester for authentic food that I rate as top level home cooking.cooked.

Fantastic food and friendly, attentive service. Will definitely go back.

We really enjoyed it here. Not only was the service 5 star, but the food and vibes and drinks were amazing 👌👌 if your pakistani/indian, you can ask for desi style haandi and they will do just that and it tastes amazing. Will definitely be coming here again. Really made our night perfect, especially after experiencing bad restaurants elsewhere recently. Thank you!Photos include:+Strawberry mocktail+Dahi chaat puri+Rasmalai

Arguably the best Indian food in and around Broad St but that's just my opinion. That said you will pay top dollar, a meal for two can cost anywhere between £50 - £100 but it's worth it if you can afford it.My only gripe is that I wish there was a dish description on the menu, however the waiter can always assist - if they know.
