When the best thing about your meal out is drinking Cobra at the bar you know its been a bad experience! Decor & atmosphere are great, beer was fresh & tasty, shame the food was not. When you are charging almost 20 quid for a main i expect food to be hot & cooked to order, this was not the case. I love curry & to call this curry is a disgrace!

Went here for valentines with the Mrs, have to say this is the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to! Not only are the staff extremely friendly, but the food is to die for, really well made and not much of a wait either! Definitely recommend! If you’re coming from grand central, look up directions in advance.

Really liked this place, everything was great, flavour was amazing. I know you pay for what you get but I did think it was a bit pricey. I would go again but at that price I won't be a regular as there are others as good which don't cost as much.

Awful service, microwaved food on complaint it’s cold resulting in hot salad. Over 1 hour wait just for starters, poor quality food and drinks. Do not go here, hygiene is off.

Overpriced garbage food. Intentionally make you wait in a seperate seating area to force you to buy overpriced drinks. this place needs to shut down. totally unexpected and was hoping for this to be good. absolute waste of 150 pounds and doesn't even deserve improvement suggestions. food consistency was off and food sent down only slightly warm. untrained staff.You've got to have no idea about food, a dumb non-asian, and drunk off your nuts to enjoy this.

Visited the Rajdoot on Saturday evening and it was fabulous. Food delicious, service friendly and good atmosphere. The best Indian restaurant in Birmingham I've been to on a long time.

Marvellous ambience from the moment one enters. Very friendly staff, warm and welcoming. Everything about the interior decoration is beautiful and eye catching. Food is really delicious.. Vegetable biryani, Dal tadka and rasmalai are a must try. Excellent service. Must visit if at Birmingham.

Very good food and lovely interior, service was excellent and although not particularly busy on a midweek night, the general ambience of the place adds to the experience. I had the Chilli chicken garlic, which was delicious bit not particularly hot, my friend had the lamb Rogan Josh which as we shared I would say was the better if the two dishes. Not really cheap if you include the service charge but better than your average curry house.

I love a decent Balti in one of Birmingham's many Balti restaurants..but..every so often you need to treat yourself to something a tad more luxurious..Rajdoot is exactly that! Really lovely food in an elegant setting. Been coming here for a few years and the consistency remains constant. Excellent!
