Food was excellent service was very slow and the restaurant was cold I will go back but I'll wait until the weather warms up

Lamb was dry curry curry was very watery, Parrata was not as it should have been, and 4 pieces of pakora for £3.50 wha5 a joke

Had a lovely meal on New year's eve with family.Staff were all polite and friendly.A bit of renovation seemed to be going on which impacted the state of the restaurant.But my meal was exceptional

Was honestly so delicious and affordable. Not to mention how good the service was. Friendly staff. A local gem. Will definitely be going back again soon!

I have been to this restaurant many times, and I enjoy it most of the time. The decor is subtle and pleasant and I absolutely love the way the napkins are folded. There are additions from Indian culture, which are very beautiful. The food is very tasty and presented pleasingly, however it can be a bit salty at times. The waiters are friendly, but on busy days, they can take up to half an hour to collect dishes, ask for food/drinks etc. Generally, I recommend to anyone who wants a nice family dinner or a tasty curry!

Terrible food, Ordered from here for the 1st time after reading good reviews.Ordered 3 different main dishes all with rice & nan bread..Firstly I had to pour the oil off the top of 2 dishes before serving them , each of the 3 dishes tasted heavily of salt , the rice was very greasy, hence overall the dining experience was very disappointing, though the nan was light and tasty.Needless to say we won't be ordering from spice exchange again.

A local GEM of a restaurant (and takeaway)! Have been visiting The Spice Exchange regularly for well over a decade and not once have they been a disappointment, either food or service. The staff are very friendly and willing to accept orders for items a little off the regular menu. Food is exceptional, outstanding and very, very high quality. Keep up the excellent standards The Spice Exchange, from a loyal and very happy customer 😀
