Love it amazing pizza 🍕😋

The guy with long hair was rude and didnt have patience to serve.

Ordered two family size pizza 1 hour beforehand and when I got home after collecting, the pizzas looked very dry as if they had been overcooked. Called Omar around 20 times but there was no answer as they were extremely busy.The next day I called them and the person answered the call remembered my order and acknowledged they made the pizza straight away when I called instead of later. This meant the pizza had been ready almost 1 hour before collection. He kindly apologised and promised to “sort me out” the next time I came and told me to remind him. I told him I am a regular but maybe once a month.The next time I ordered, I mentioned it and they told me i would be looked after. Got there to collect, no mention of anything. I told him I forced my kids to have that overcooked dry pizza last time as I could not get through and did not want to be throwing it in the bin (maybe I should have).I was made to feel as if I made it up and was lying about it to get away with. I told them this is wrong and expected something of a goodwill gesture in the very least.Nothing. Awful service and will not be going there again.Back to Mexi.

Ordered veg pizza and hot chicken pizza, both had zero taste, just had soo much cheese and bland..for a second I thought I'm just having plastic.. i usually don't rate places i don't like, but this was worst pizza I have ever had and for the price, I could have just had my regular pizza hut! So much for trying a new place!I asked for a diet coke, and they sent a full sugar coke! Never ordering here again!! AVOID!Oh, I paid for extra mushrooms, there were barely any in there and they were soo thinly sliced, I recon they grate the mushrooms..All in the bin, ordered my usual pizza hut!

Omar Pizza has been around for a very long time, they were probably one of the first 'well-established' pizza joints in Leicester. Over time they have changed management several times.I used to go here quite regularly during their golden era when the shop used to be packed with customers placing and picking up orders.I must admit I haven't been here for a very long time. I went here after years and got a single pizza it was good and I didn't really find fault with it. Based on my last experience and my historic custom with them I'll leave them a four star rating.

5 stars as it's a great local business providing great pizza! They are freshly made and have generous toppings unlike dominoes! They also do buy 1 get 1 free

me and my family have been using omars for 15+ years. they have never changed their perfection of everything they cook. honestly some places that say they do pizza's, kebabs and burgers only do 1 out of the 3 good. this place though is amazing. I love their own homemade chilli sauce that they put with their perfectly seasoned donner meat. their pizzas are beautiful, especially the donner and mushroom pizza. lunchtime offers from 12pm to 4pm are amazing and such a good value. donner meat, fries and a slice of pizza roughly £3. I would recommend this place to everyone who enjoys to eat good food. owner is such a nice, friendly and well mannered person. he always smiling and cheerful. he always remembers his customers aswell which is good

Worst service ever. I oder pizza and the man just leaves after 5 mins!! Plus 5 pound extra for delivery. Hair in my pizza and when i asked for a refund he spat at my face and called me dirty african nigha Outrageous. Never ever come here.

Decided to try this place this evening must say pizza were good chicken kebab was tasty as well delivered in 30 min only downside is I was not told of the £1.00 delivery charge otherwise it was okay.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wrong order turned up. The man was verbally abusive on the phone. Asked for a refund, was refused. Was told I'm not wasting my time talking to you anymore'. Avoid avoid avoid. Disgusting. Also there is a surprise £1 delivery charge when they get to your door that's not mentioned anywhere. Awful.
