Balti Mahal in Worcester

Everything we have ordered on the menu has been really superb. The food is always tasty and the best Indian restaurant that I've eaten from. I prefer to call directly rather than using a delivery app and delivery is always quick .

Very poor food no flavour a plate full of slop,looked disgusting and tasted disgusting, definitely won’t be using again.

Had two chefs specials tonight and both were superb. Flavoursom, quality meat, well described level of heat - one quite hot and one spicy but mild. This really is very, very good food. Lovely people too.

Ordered from here a few times and always fantastic, wanted something a little spicier than usual and saw there were some new options so ordered the Balijori veggie moris (vegan) last night and it was perfect!

Was bought a meal from here recently as a gift, had it as a takeaway. We ordered online and when notification stated ready went in to collect, but it was not ready and my friend was told to sit and wait, 5-10min later the food was ready a short walk home and we settled to enjoy. It was not great, my expectation was high due the restaurant being nominated for awards. Its nice but not great, not sure if service in house would be better. I would expect the food is the same though, can't say ill be ordering again.

Fantastic food, great quick service through just eat and loads of food and great sized portions. One of the best take aways we've had in Worcester.

Popped in on the way home late evening. Restaurant was quiet but takeaway phone orders were keeping the staff very busy. We're never disappointed when we order from home or eat in. Veg Naan and lemon rice are so good! It's the only Indian that we can safely order anything off the menu and know it'll be cooked to a high standard.

Ordered the Chicken Madras which was fine but had absolutely no spice to it, no exaggeration honestly. The naan bread was undercooked for my liking with almost no brown spots. Also we had to bring in our own alcohol which wasn't too bad but had to go shop next door. Also parking was horrendous due to the road, says 20 min max but turned out it isn't enforced in any way. We had poppadoms as a a starter, they were very generous with the dips/salad. I'd go again only because I'm sure they would make it spicy for me if they asked, they seemed very keen on making sure everything was OK.
