First time ordered after trying a few in the area. I must say I was so impressed. First takeaway that was able to fine the house. Bang on time and the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back

Had a bit of a bad experience. Had it 2 hours after I ordered. The curry and everything was cold. Had to reheat it and didn't taste that great. I ordered one papadam and had half of one crumbled up into tiny pieces. I recommend making your own or different place. Not a good way to have Saturday night in.

We called in last night and had an amazing meal. Excellent presentation and the flavours of each dish were heavenly. In addition the service was wonderful....looking forward to the next visit

Ordered a takeaway from here last week and the food was stunning, will visit for a sit down meal soon

Ordered a takeaway from Masala via Uber eats and I've got to say it was one of the worst takeaways I've ever had, so bad we actually binned it.Ordered a chicken korma, chicken biryani and chips. The rice was actually crispy, like when you overheat it in the microwave The chips were cold and stale. So disappointed. The one star was given for the delivery driver as he was polite and punctual.I'd never order from Masala again nor would I recommend them.

Just had a very beautiful meal tastes really lovely. Well presented food and cooked to order fresh. Portion sizes good and presention nice. Wonderful service and reasonable priced will be going again soon.

Had a takeaway which included 2 curries, the chicken was awesome, very tender, onion bhajees were tasty,a bit more expensive than our normal haunt, but you pay for quality.I shall be returning, thankyou 😀😀

We walked out of this restaurant last night as floor was covered in crumbs, dirty tables with old crockery and glasses not cleared. The man in charge could not care less and showed us a table and left. Buffet food was plentiful but none of the dishes had lids and people coughing all over.

Great food but they massively overcharged us and because I'd had my first drink since my mum died Christmas Day, I didn't notice until we got back to the hotel (visiting family at the time). I've read quite a few reviews elsewhere that this has happened to them as well so it must be something they do, shame on them.Update: they have responded below to say "this is unlikely", so they call their customers liars too, very nice! I spoke to them after the event and pretty much got the same response "you are confused"! We know exactly what we ordered and checked our debit card details/bill against the menu which you can find online, it was out by quite a large amount. At the time they told us to come into the restaurant for a refund of the difference which as far as I'm concerned, admits fault, we live at the other end of the country so couldn't do this.In conclusion if you want to have nice food but pay twice the price as usual, then have them tell you you're a liar this is the place for you!
