Banyan Bar & Kitchen in Harrogate

Had soup of the day here. Best French onion soup for miles. They also seem to have great drinks offers nearly all the time. Good vibe and great staff service.

Just called in for a few drinks, the location was great and the staff were very friendly and really helpful! Will definitely be going back to try the food!

Had a lovely afternoon at the bar sampling their 2 for one cocktails. Sat outside under the heaters watching the world go by. Staff are really friendly and the service is excellent highly recommended

OK but staff a little 'robotic' when they got my order wrong, food and coffee good though, just be really clear on placing an order. Happy to be flexible on adding extras such as grilled tomatoes. As usual, breakfast stops at a particular time, why?

Having never been here before and just randomly walking around Harrogate we decided to give Banyan a go. Have to say we were both exceptionally surprised. After having walked out of another restaurant earlier in the day for poor quality, our expectations were not high, but this place was fantastic. The staff are an absolute credit to the place, the food is absolutely delicious and the cocktails are worth every penny. The menu, although limited in choice, has more than enough to suit all tastes. The beef on the Sunday dinner melted in the mouth and the starters and dessert were equally high quality for an affordable price. This place is excellent and an exceptional place to spend an afternoon with a fantastic atmosphere. We will definitely return if we are in the Harrogate area in future.

A very tastefully decorated clean bar. Great staff and service. We were there watching England match and ordered some food which was well cooked, presented and tasted delicious. So well done to all in particular the area manager roped in to give a hand. The staff did everything to make it a lovely evening. Can't wait for them to open a bar in Bristol. Highly recommended.

Very pleasing on the eye with nice decor. We visited on a Friday at 4pm and it was quiet. Geared up for food and a pint so I didn't really feel like I was sat in a bar. Great outdoor seating . Would probably go back but on an evening when it will be a lot busier.
