Nice little shop & cafe on the seafront 👍

Nice hot chocolate. Rich, creamy and hot. However, it does boast Fresh Ground coffee served here. But it doesn't I'm afraid. Should take the sign down!

There are more no entry notices than anything else there's nothing telling you how to get in the obvious root is blocked off I ended up telling at least 3 people how to get in and if you do go in the wrong way you get told off . Then when you get to the servery it's cash only when most places are card only , then when you go get cash then come back and give them a note your asked is that all you've got yep cash machines don't give Chang. Also the walkway was virtually impassable due to every thing on it got the impression they don't won't any business so won't be going back sorry

Happy helpfull staff. Nice little spot just off the beach. Couldn't help me enough when my girlfriend sugars were low. Good coffee.

Friendly service- think we went on a day where less food was available, but usually they have lots of veggie and even vegan options. Had a vegan 'cheese' roll with pickle, was nice:)

Absolutely love this place after visiting earlier in the year. Prime spot next to the beach and loos. Great cup of tea and although I didn’t have cake today, I did on my last visit and it was really nice. The lady is very friendly and you can sit inside or out. A very nice spot to watch the sea.

Have been going to Whitby for many years, have always enjoyed it, the locals are always friendly and helpful , that is, till we met the young woman who is in charge of the north beach café, with her clever attitude and her customer service skills which are appalling, too full of her own importance by half, obviously not a Yorkshire woman, by the sound of her accent from London area ,think she needs to go back there before she gives Whitby a bad name,.

lovely cafe great views of the cliff and sea .great selection of sanwiches pizzas are lovely prices are about avarage but i understand it was very busy ..but the service from the older member of staff or could have been the owner was not the best .customer service needs improving .however the young girl who served us earlier was very friendly

Great cafe on the beach! Loved the homemade pizzas, our son has allergies and the young boy serving us was great, he went through all the ingredients with us and took the time to read the labels on the ice creams too! That's what I call excellent service!! Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back soon!!

Not the place if you are in a rush. Makes the most of location to charge prices only a tourist would pay. Service is poor, owners have little idea about customer service or how to run a business -. Interesting range of reviews on TripAdvisor
