Just had Chinese delivery very hot on time an it was gorgeous thanks

Only given 4 stars as the food has been later than expected on a number of occasions, but overall the food is wonderful.

First time ordering. Very good portions. Delivery arrived 10 minutes early so spot on👍🏻

I had to put 1 star to write the review but its not worth the 1! For starters the service is awful, I was overcharged for items I didn't order because the man misunderstood me even though I repeated this several times an he confirmed it back. When I asked for the correct change he was highly aggressive telling me my food was cooked and I had to pay. Disgusting ignorant man! The food was horrendous chips were like oven chips I've never had anything like it and fried rice was bland and rubbery. Do not waste your money or time going here they do not deserve your business an you don't deserve the pitiful food they serve!

turned up two hours after ordering when only supposed to be 40 minutes then changed to an hour which was fair enough but then didnt turn up for an extra hour on top of that with no contact to say it would be so late. Not worth the wait as not as nice as other yellow thai curries I've had. Watery sauce. Chips are nice.

So we ordered a takeaway from here at 5.30 and had a notification that it would arrive at 6.30. By 7pm we were wondering where it was and did give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that it was Saturday night and they were probably busy. We rang the takeaway and after asking where our takeaway was we were told that it was still being cooked.. what!! Over an hour and a half after we ordered it. Eventually after ringing again and enquiring at 7.45 it arrived at 7.50 pm... 2 hours and 20 mins later. When we started plating it up we realised there was no curry sauce that we’d ordered and a massive 4 inch bone in our salt n pepper chip ... over the last few months this takeaway has definitely gone down in my expectations and won’t be ordering from there again.

Food is decent but takes far too long to deliver, I’ve used Hins for years but the last few times it’s taken 2-3 hours to get our food. When you call to ask what the delay is you get the same answer every time, it’s just cooking and then it will be with you shortly. Will have to start using Regency instead.

The food is ok but the customer service is disgraceful.Last few times we have ordered the food has been over an hour later than the revised delivery/collection time. When calling to ask for an update its still in the kitchen cooking. Even tried ordering online before it opens with a requested time of 6pm and still no luck. Won't be using again.

Ordered here for a change as our usual place was closed for my sisters birthday. Unfortunately they were nearly 30 minutes late after delaying the delivery time once already, the duck starter which we wanted to treat ourselves to was very dry and they keep the bone in the tray to make it look more full of meat and the sauce wasn’t pleasant. My sister received the wrong main dish which was gutting as it was her birthday and was looking forward to it very much, my main dish (peking sauce with chicken) was tasteless and watery. Very disappointed I’m afraid.

Had a meal from there this evening. Absolutely delicious. Singapore noodles look pricey on the menu but honestly they were worth every penny loaded with meat and prawns. Special curry also top. The place was recommended to me and I can see why. Best Chinese food we’ve eaten in years.
