McDonald's in Selby

Absolutely appalling service. You leave customers to wait nearly two hours on Uber Eats only to cancel their order. This is YOUR problem, you chose to subscribe to Uber eats. Do better.Also your fries are the worst I’ve ever tasted at a McDonald’s by a very long way. Both heat and salt have been invented now.

The fries were cold and soggy, no salt or napkins in bag AGAIN the big Mac was also on the cold side. They always, always forget the salt and napkins, YOU SHOULD MAKE A BIG MAC MORE LIKE THE WOPPER!

Staff are ignorant after being asked have you been served it took the guy a further 10 mins to get back to me leaving me sta g there 20 mins just for one coffee I wouldn't mind if they were busy but poor slow service wouldn't recommend anyone to gothere before work unless you want to be late .

80% of staff are miserable/abrupt. Food and presentation fairly poor. Price keeps going up 10p every few weeks. Getting too expensive

We asked for the Coffees without sprinkles and on opening found sprinkles on both. We usually check but this time didnt. The rest of food ok.

I used to love this place, staff are good but the food? What has happened? Today it was bland and tasteless, even the capachino was not as strong as normal, there just seems to be something missing.

Went for 2 double cheeseburgers with bacon, fries and drinks.The burgers were thin, dry and almost devoid of flavour. The buns were very thin and almost flavourless. Not what I expected. Previous visits had been pleasant. Reasonable food at a reasonable price. The fries are fries, no problem there. The coffee is five star. The cola is cola with too much ice. The staff are friendly, but the products are woeful.

Always loved it here since it opened, and have never had any issues. Went in today at 12.50 and it was extremely busy, with the queue going outside the door.A male member of staff entered the restaurant and said to a young female employer cleaning the trays: “There are too many people in here.” She replied: “Yeah, I know” and proceeded to wave her arms about gesturing towards the doors and shout: “You lot out!”I was absolutely livid. I will be 59 years old next month, and don’t expect myself or the college students that were in there to be spoken to in such a manner.I appreciate that they have fire regulations that they need to adhere to, but a member of staff should have been placed at the door politely asking people to wait, as was the case when strict COVID regulations were in place.I went to Sainsbury’s for a meal deal.

Never get orders right. Always leave stuff out that you paid for, or ignore instructions. This is in the drive through or via Uber Eats, where entire menu items you ordered or dips are just completely ignored.Useless.
