This trew me when we arrived here, it was a train station 🚉 we were totally confused but a door lead to this place and what a find! Brilliant service and beautiful food, while in there it was full of locals I think that speaks volumes. Just a heads up though it is cash only

My absolute favourite Indian restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and the service brilliant. Even at the busiest of times the charming host has a ready smile and time to talk and has an amazing knack of remembering names and people's favourite dishes!Always a lovely evening at Sunar Bangla 🙂

A super restaurant with a warm and friendly welcome. Lovely delicious food and lots of it. The menu explained and a very helpful waiter making a great dining evening. If you are a train spotter it is even more perfect as it overlooks Church Fenton station. I will certainly visit again.

Very small, nothing fancy but nice curry house. It is hard to find a good curry house within this area and this one seems to be nice, everything is cooked fresh which is amazing. Definitely my first choice of take away. Cash only also due to it being based in an old train station waiting room and has a signal issue. 10% off on collections. Delivery not available.

Lovely freshly cooked food and attentive service in a quirky place (an old train station ticket office still attached to the train station). Meal was delicious, waiter helpful and friendly, no card facilities so don't forget cash.

A Fantastic Restaurant with Friendly and Helpful Staff. The Food was excellent. I had Chicken Corma with Rice and Nan Bread. It is well located at the Railway Station and easy to find.

Sungar Bangla well we drive from dewsbury to church fenton infact has i type this we go in a hour ive lost count how many times weve been here.fantastic food plus staffnote its cash onlythe dishes are ace and dont have the oily greasy look thats right up or street for us !plenty to choose from and you can mix and match if your unsure Nig will help you out !its a gem here im sure you will agree if you either call in for a sit down or takeawaypopular place

First time visit recently for takeaway and will definitely make this my new first choice for takeaway from now on. The food was tasty, hot and flavoursome and the staff were very helpful while I waited. Top notch grub!
