Great food superb staff!Last night we visited Maveli- an Indian restaurant at Sheffield. The food was amazing, the staff was great especially the service staff Anshita who served us the food with her great smile and hospitality.Would definitely visit again, highly recommended

Great food and a good atmosphere, however only one of the staff seemed friendly and we were kept waiting for a long time. Not sure if this was down to being understaffed but the manager/owner yelling at a delivery man implied they might be having a stressful night.

Went for dinner at Maveli.Decent number of guests there, but staff were friendly and service was quick.Unfortunately dosa crepe was a bit soft for my liking (would go for Masala Dosa instead of Mysore Masala in future) but otherwise food was okay.

Dosa and sambhar are a must try here.Wasn't a big fan of idli tbh.Also tried their chicken chukka and beef travencore. Both tasted great.Definitely recommended for authentic South Indian food. Waiters are polite and provide a great service.

Clean, loads of choice and great service. The food was delicious and unusually so many gluten free and also vegan options as well as more prevalent dietary requirements too.Really the only point they might improve would be the server once took his mask down to be understood and kept it down until he left our table, but he did remember the rest of the times he came over.Highly recommend and will definitely be back. I hear the takeaway is just as good as the sit down service.Brilliant

Of the best Indian food places in Sheffield! Went yesterday for the first time and we are definitely going back. Value for money is amazing (around £50 for 4 people with shared starters and sides and 1 main each) and service is very friendly. Taste wise, every dish was delicious and different to previous "Indian food" experiences. Definitely recommend! Highlights: fish molee and chickpeas with the coconut sauce.
